To regulate the gaming operations of the Seminole Nation Casino I-40, Seminole Nation Casino Konawa, and Seminole Nation Casino Wewoka by assuring compliance with:

 

a)  Seminole Nation Tribal Gaming Ordinance (SNO Code of Law Title 15)

 

b) Regulations of the National Indian Gaming Commission’s (NIGC) Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) and the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (IGRA)

 

c)  Tribal-State Compact between the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma and the State of Oklahoma

 

d) Seminole Nation of Oklahoma Gaming Agency Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS)
